1. Acceptance

By accessing axiomtissue.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “Axiom,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Axiom Tissue.

2. Intended audience

The website is directed primarily to qualified healthcare professionals, institutional purchasers, distributors, suppliers, and research collaborators. It is not designed to facilitate direct patient diagnosis, treatment, purchasing, or emergency communication.

3. No medical advice

Website content is general business and educational information. It is not medical advice, a clinical protocol, a substitute for professional judgment, or a patient-specific recommendation. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for reviewing the complete product labeling, instructions for use, donor documentation, risks, applicable law, and patient circumstances.

4. Products and regulatory status

Product configurations, availability, intended uses, processing, storage, and regulatory status vary by product and jurisdiction and may change. Images are representative unless expressly identified as an Axiom product photograph.

Axiom Drop is an investigational, human amniotic-fluid–derived development program with proposed injectable and ophthalmic-drop forms. It is not offered for commercial sale. No therapeutic indication, approved dosage form, approved route, safety or effectiveness conclusion, or FDA approval/licensure is represented. A processing or development relationship, establishment registration, accreditation, product listing, or another sponsor’s IND does not by itself authorize an Axiom product. No statement on the website should be read as FDA approval, clearance, licensure, or authorization in another country.

5. No offer; separate agreements

Website content does not constitute a quotation, offer, guarantee of supply, distributorship appointment, clinical commitment, or binding product specification. Any purchase, distribution, processing, research, or other relationship requires a separate written agreement and the applicable product documentation.

6. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful evaluation of Axiom and potential business relationships. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a manner that burdens our systems, misrepresent your identity, or use the content to make false medical or regulatory claims.
