1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to axiomtissue.com and business communications with Axiom Tissue (“Axiom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not govern third-party websites, processors, distributors, healthcare institutions, or research partners that maintain their own privacy practices.

2. Information we may receive

You may provide your name, title, organization, work email, telephone number, country or market, product interests, and the content of your message when you contact us. Please do not send patient records, protected health information, donor information, payment-card data, or other sensitive personal information through the website or ordinary email.

The current prototype does not transmit a web form to Axiom. Its contact form prepares a message in your own email application. When the site is hosted, the hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

3. Browser storage and cookies

The current site stores only a language preference in your browser’s local storage. We do not currently install advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide any consent mechanism required by applicable law.

Retention periods may differ where tissue-product quality or traceability requirements apply.
